from theHealthFoodGuru: Did you know GMOs are allowed in all vitamins, supplements, and everything you eat? GMOs damage organs, tissue, nerves and weaken your immune system, yet you wouldn’t know it even as your health deteriorates, because the FDA still does not force labeling of GMOs on ANY label that has it! There is only ONE food left guaranteed 100% GMO-free and of course is not sold in ANY health food store: wwwNoMoreVitaminscom

This is a fucking great video! I am a working class guy and I struggle with affording food, but I love how you laid it out so you can afford organic foods. Now the closest Merk :whole foods store” to me is 2 hours away! Oh well! I’ll see what are local farmer’s market has and what for grabs at Country Mart.

Maaaan. I thought you guys wouldn’t get that much food, but you proved me wrong. My family loves shopping at costco, but what’s weird is that even though its a whole sale chain… the bill always comes out super high and we didn’t get that much stuff lol. I guess it’s because of the volume.

Why not pop your own popcorn? I would have put the popcorn back and stocked up on that sale on Turkey.. LOL. I also would suggest buying a breadmaker cheaply and making your own specialty breads. Organic flour and raisins will be cheaper in the long run to make yourself. And you can use the leftover flour for other things like french bread, sandwhich bread, rolls… Way more cost effective than spending $5 a loaf for bread.. But overall great video.

Decent work, but I would cut back on the coffee in order to reduce the thigh meat purchases, and focus more on breast meat along with lean ground turkey and seafood. Thighs are fatty. I would definitely eat beans some days and eliminate the meat a few times a week. My thoughts! I shop partially organic given the fact that I have two teens in the house!

I thought everyone shopped like this… is it just me and my roommates… lol. Every time we go to SafeWay we shop like this minus the list. We add everything up just like you did rounding up to the next dollar. We need to shop at WholeFoods though. I’ve only been in there once and oh my it smelled so amazing!

Thank you SO much for this! I am a broke college student living away from home in an apartment, and in my budget I can only afford $35 a week for food. I use your method to go grocery shopping, and it WORKS! It helps me so much, and I saved a lot of money. I never thought I’d be able to. Thank you so much. You are such an inspiration!! :)
